Definitions in BDSM: subspace

May 26th, 2012 | By

Sub space This is a term that people in the Kink lifestyle use, often.  It is one of the only terms that has been consistently used with the same definition for over 20 years that I know of. Just like with runners or other endurance exercisers, there can be a place that your mind drops

Self- Aftercare for the Top, and bottom.

Feb 25th, 2012 | By

I am sitting here having woken after an excellent play party.  Sitting is all I can do. I forgot to do what I try to do with people when I have scenes with them- Aftercare. Aftercare is one of those things that most people think of for the sub or bottom.  The water in hand

When “Oops” Becomes “Uh-oh”: Finding Free STD Screenings in Madison

Nov 14th, 2011 | By

Sex happens. You know it, I know it, your mom and dad knew it and that’s why you’re even here. But sometimes that is not always the case.

Attending an event, or even getting in a scene with our special someones, can be a chore to manage.

But real life is real life. And sometimes, real life decides you need more time in bed, but not doing fun things.

KinkBusters: Terrible TENS

Jun 13th, 2011 | By

This month, the KinkBusters attack the “Terrible TENS” and the notion that using a TENS unit above the waist is dangerous. They have several volunteers line up to have fun with jumpy muscle spasms–all in the name of science and education.

Pain During Sex

Jun 1st, 2011 | By

Some women experience non-consensual pain during sex, pain created by a rebellious body. Pain which is neither asked for nor welcome. According to one review article “The reported prevalence rates of pain within the pelvis range from 3.8% to 24% in women aged 15 to 73 years” [1]. If the pain is severe enough and
